Return Policy

We want you to love your Make Moves purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Any items not meeting the return conditions will be rejected and sent back at your expense.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
